The Vertical Group manages private partnerships with a "vertical" range of investments including: early and late venture stage companies; private operating companies involved in buy-out or corporate spin-off transactions; and public companies of all sizes. The Vertical Group is the successor to the venture capital division of F. Eberstadt & Co., and has been an independent firm since 1988.
